Former VP of F&B at Rotana Hotels, and senior corporate roles at Hilton Worldwide. His foundational years include executive chef positions with prestigious brands such as Conrad Hotels&Resorts, The Ritz- Carlton Hotel Company,L.L.C. and Fairmont Hotels &Resorts across global markets.
